Return using RM returns portal

If you’d like, you can return your parcel using our Royal Mail label service. A £5.95 fee will be deducted from your refund or credit, and parcel size limits apply below.

  • Max weight: 20kg
  • Max size: 61 × 41 × 46cm
  • If outside these limitations a surcharge of £14.95 will be applied.
  • You can returns using your own means if you wish.

Problem with your order

If an item is faulty or incorrect, it must be returned through our Royal Mail Returns Portal. Please contact us by email before arranging your return:

The £5.95 fee will not be deducted from your refund/credit.

Outlet Returns & Refunds

This policy applies to all purchases made from the Equiflair Outlet, including Not Quite Perfect and discontinued items.

All Outlet items are discounted and stock is limited, so please read the information below before arranging your return.

Outlet Returns (Unwanted Items)

If you would like to return an Outlet item because it is unwanted, you may do so within 28 days of receiving your order (unless returning outside our Extended Christmas Returns Period).

Outlet unwanted returns are accepted for store credit only
Returns are at the buyer’s expense unless you use our returns label service (fee applies)

Please note: we do not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please place a new order.

Before You Return Your Item(s)

Please check the following:


  • Your item(s) were received within the last 28 days (unless within our Extended Christmas Returns Period)

  • The item(s) are in original condition as purchased
    (including product tags and any original packaging)

  • You have included the completed Returns Form in the parcel
    (downloadable from the link above)
    If you do not have a printer, please include a return note with your order number and details

  • The item(s) are packaged carefully using protective packaging
    Please do not tape or stick labels directly onto the product box, as it must be resold

UK Returns Using Our Royal Mail Returns Label

For UK customers, you can use our Royal Mail returns label service:


  • Create your Royal Mail Label using this link Royal Mail Returns

  • Maximum weight: 20kg

  • Maximum parcel size: 61cm x 41cm x 46cm

  • If your parcel exceeds these dimensions, we recommend using:

  • If you do not have a printer, create a Royal Mail label and show the QR code on your phone at the Post Office

  • Either take your parcel to the Post Office, or book a Royal Mail Parcel Collect pick-up (link above)

Royal Mail Returns Fee

A fee of £5.95 will be charged for this service and will be deducted from your store credit.

Oversized Parcel Surcharge

If items returned via Royal Mail are outside the stated dimensions and we receive a surcharge of £14.95, this will be deducted from your store credit.

Returns Using Your Own Courier

If you do not wish to use the Royal Mail portal, you can return Outlet items using your own chosen method at your own expense.

Please ensure you include the completed returns form (or return note).

Responsibility for Your Return

Until the item(s) are received back with us, the return remains your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service and ensuring the parcel is securely packaged. If you are not using our Royal Mail label service, you may also wish to purchase insurance from your chosen courier.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

We aim to confirm receipt of returned items within 3 to 5 working days of them arriving with us.
Where possible, we will also confirm your store credit at the same time.

Faulty, Defective or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Outlet policy.

If your item is faulty, defective, or if we have made an error with your order, we will cover the cost of the return label.
