Despatch Times:
UK orders placed before 12 Noon Mon-Fri will be processed, packaged and sent that day if immediately available.  However, the website will present the expected shipping date and delivery date for each item on the item page.

Refusal of Delivery: 
Please note, if delivery is refused the cost of return will be deducted from your discount which is a fee of £5.95 including the cost of poage.  If the item is refused overseas for any customs and duty fees. Then the cost of the return will also be deducted from your refund alongside the cost of shipping.
